First-level local language technical support

IREO is an official support center for nearly all of the vendors it represents, providing local language support to resellers and end users. Support is provided by certified engineers, in both Spanish and English, through email, telephone and web.

First-level support is provided in accordance with industry best practices, ensuring a high quality of service and minimal escalation to the vendor’s 2nd-level support teams.

For customers requiring special support services such as 24×7 support with service-level agreements, IREO leverages each vendor’s official support packages and complements this offering with IREO’s own professional services and technical support services, in order to provide flexible support packages, tailored to each customer’s requirements.
